Ready to save some time?

We are now offering customers the opportunity to schedule a specific day and time to pickup your auction items. When you schedule a pickup time, our team will pre-pull your order and have it ready for you when you arrive. That means less time waiting for your items to be picked when you arrive!

Pickups can be scheduled up to 2 hours prior to your desired pickup time. Make sure to you have your bidder number or username available when you schedule. Your username and bidder number can both be found on your invoice. This information will help us ensure all of your items are ready for you to pickup when you arrive.

If you are planning to pickup auction items for more than one user, please book a separate appointment for each user. That way we will know to pull those orders as well.

Standard pickup guidelines still apply. Auction items must be picked up within 6 business days of the auction end date. See terms of service for details.

We are open for auction pickup Monday-Friday from 11am-6pm.
